Digital Marketing Executive

Position Purpose

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in providing digital marketing expertise supporting the business strategy and the delivery of business-critical digital marketing programs to achieve key targets.


Position Accountabilities

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Planning and executing the digital marketing roadmap in consultation with key stakeholders to support the delivery of overall key business objectives
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy across all villages driving website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition and branding via integrated and efficient multi-channel plans (including website, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, email marketing, marketing automation and social media)
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to create consistent, compelling and optimised customer journeys & user experiences across the full suite of assets (offline & online) to maximise site traffic and increase sales conversions
  • Gathering and reporting on metrics to ensure digital channel adoption and increased customer engagement



  • 5+ years’ experience in generalist marketing roles including at least 3 years of digital marketing experience within that
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing digital reporting identifying benchmarks and targets to ensure continuous improvement over time, across multiple mediums
  • Google Ads certified
  • Google Analytics Academy certified


Professional Experience

  • Data-lead mindset in all things digital with the ability to uphold data integrity always
  • Demonstrated experience building automatic ROI reporting for marketing spend
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, marketing automation, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) including the ability to monitor and analyze website health, gathering insights to continually improve performance
  • Solid working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot etc.) with a proven track record of creating nurture tracks and refining them over time, based on regular data insight analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining data integrity between Marketing Automation and CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Core / Sales Cloud & ability to pull reports and set up campaigns
  • Budget management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, developing and supporting direct reports to ensure high performance, motivated, passionate team members
  • Adaptable to change and able to act rapidly and effectively when handling multiple projects with conflicting priorities
  • Ability to travel interstate regularly
