About the Role
  • Provide a warm, welcoming and professional reception service where enquiries, booking and other matters are dealt with accurately and promptly
  • Complete day-to-day administrative support and reception services to the Village
  • Maintain the resident database and assist with administrative tasks in relation to new and outgoing residents
  • Assist the Village Manager, staff, contractors and residents with administrative tasks such as word processing, correspondence, faxes, photocopying, bookings, taking minutes and document management
  • Complete office equipment and stationary ordering
  • Maintain Village records in accordance with organisational policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Provide financial administrative support
  • Shifts available Monday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm
About you
  • Warm and friendly demeanour
  • Great attention to detail and effective time management
  • Willingness to assist others and provide information 
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up 
  • First aid Certificate (preferrable) 
  • Ability to communicate and assist employees of all levels of the organisation
