In the Asia Pacific region, we have operations in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. We have approximately 1800 employees and 42 sites across the region.

About the roles 

The Lineage HR team is growing and we have two newly established HRBP roles based at our Laverton & Tullamarine sites.  Reporting to the the Head of HR Business Partners, Australia and Asia Pac, you’ll have full responsibility of the employee lifecycle for your client group but be part of a broader HR team who love what they do and have fun doing it!  

While the HRBP role at Laverton supports our Hume Road site, our Tullamarine HRBP will also support some of our smaller operational sites in Victoria as well our corporate functions, giving you exposure to both the operational heart of our business in addition to senior functional areas driving the strategy and direction of the business. 

To give you an idea of life as a HRBP at Lineage, if you worked here in the last month, here are some things you might have been doing: 

  • Worked closely with our front-line managers to coach them to build a strong culture that aligns with our Lineage values  
  • Pulled on your high vis and walked the site to ensure you are keeping in touch with our leaders and employees, so you’re best placed to develop and drive employee engagement. 
  • Flexed your critical thinking skills to provide advice to leaders on risks and recommendations associated with performance and disciplinary matters  
  • Had coffee with your HR colleagues to problem solve any current people issues 
  • Led the execution of the annual talent identification and succession planning process with your site leaders
  • Delivered a workshop to new employees on Workplace Behaviour 
  • Conducted workplace investigations including conducting interviews, writing reports and implementing recommended outcomes 
  • Delivered training to people leaders designed to build people leadership capability across the business 
  • Called on a trusted HR colleague for a chat or specialist advice in the area of Rem & Bens or perhaps IR. 


What you bring the HRBP role at Lineage 

You will be passionate about building strong professional relationships and will have mastered the art of influencing others. You will also be able to demonstrate where you have built leadership capability and contributed to improving culture and employee engagement.  And of course, you will have you will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Psychology or Law.
