The role & you

We currently have two supervisory roles available working as a Project Supervisor Water. These positions will be based across multiple sites and be involved in the Capital Works Program. This will mean travelling to different locations such as Hawks Nest and Gloucester to fulfill the requirements of the position. 

This opportunity would suit someone who is working as either a team leader or team member within the Water Operations or Water Network Construction field. Therefore, we are interested in meeting candidates who have vast experience and expertise in the construction of water and sewer infrastructure.

As a Project Supervisor Water you will be proactive, have the ability to interpret engineering plans & specifications and be able to organise, schedule and conduct engineering quality inspections. In addition, you will have strong people skills allowing you to liaise with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes and ensure the construction of assets.

Salary: 

Base salary $70,100 p.a. – $77, 000 p.a. (commencing salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate depending on qualifications, skills and experience)

  • Superannuation (11%)
  • MCCs vehicle arrangement will provide a To and From Use vehicle for work purposes only

Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. However, as there is frequent travel involved, you will be required to be based from multiple Council sites across the MidCoast Council region. 

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
