Full Time Permanent Position
Salary Range $65,365 to $69,299 per annum + 10.5% Super + RDO

Are you looking for a position that is challenging, rewarding and would involve working as part of a team?
This position will predominantly provide administrative support to Council’s Planning Services Unit, and more specifically, the Subdivision Team associated with the processing and approval of subdivision certification applications.
The position will also be responsible for providing administrative support relevant to the Council’s subdivision processes, including the registration and referral of subdivision applications, registration and return of out-standing works bonds, bank guarantees and other monies relevant to the subdivision process, as well as providing administrative support associated with street naming and street numbering conventions relevant to the subdivision process.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- A strong customer service focus;
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Experience using the Surveying and Planning through Electronic Application and Referrals (SPEAR) system is also desirable.
