The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual to provide administrative and operational support within our Parking Meter Operations area. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective parking management while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-level customer service to external and internal customers.
- Monitor and analyze parking meter operating systems and contractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections and take measurements as required.
- Investigate parking meter-related penalty appeals.
- Prepare business documents for evidence and serve as an expert witness in court for parking prosecutions.
- Oversee equipment and stock management.

Salary Range: $79,867 to $95,365 per annum + 11.5% super+ $1,000 pa transport allowance
35 hours per week with access to flexi time
