We currently have exciting opportunities to join a dynamic and diverse team who thrive on making every interaction a positive experience for our North Sydney community. You'll be at the heart of the action, assisting our customers face-to-face at the front counter, over the phone in our call centre, and supporting administration and operations through our digital service channels.

The person
The successful applicants for this role will provide courteous, prompt and accurate front-line service to internal and external customers on all aspects of council activities, including development applications, resident parking, rates, community information and rubbish collections, and contribute to the development and provision of online customer service. Cash handling and balancing is an important aspect of the role.

Salary range from: $73,088 to $87,273 pa + 11.5% super + $1,000 pa transport allowance
35 hours per week with access to flexi-time - Core hours 8:45am – 5:15pm
