One Door Mental Health (ODMH) is looking for a NDIS Plan Facilitator to join our incredible team at Wollongong on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Position
The NDIS Plan Facilitator ensures that all processes and scheduling for NDIS clients are undertake, including accurate, timely and compliant preparation and implementation of NDIS Service Agreements, NDIS Service Bookings, mandatory documentation, scheduling, reports and audits, and other business tasks required to support the direct service provision workforce.

Your key skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications to Diploma level or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g. mental health, peer work, disability) or equivalent experience
- Communicate effectively in all interactions with all stakeholders.
- Ability to exercise personal responsibility and work as part of a managed team, with the support and guidance of the NDIS Project Manager.
- Demonstrated computer literacy to use Microsoft programs and the capability to learn other applications and desirable knowledge of Calumo and Salesforce.
- Knowledge and understanding of the recovery and rehabilitation principles in the delivery of mental health services.
- Understanding of the NDIS and/or consumer-centred funding models
- Current driver’s licence and access to a fully ensured motor vehicle.
Additional Details
One Door Mental Health requires all staff to have a Police Check clearance, a current Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance and appropriate COVID-19 Vaccination.
