About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Team Administrator / Document Specialist to provide essential operational and administrative support to our Australian and New Zealand teams, with backup for our USA operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our team and the accuracy of our deliverables. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and managing information on the team OneNote and SharePoint sites.
  • Coordinating input for large proposals and standard company information.
  • Setting up SharePoint filing systems for new projects according to the company filing structure.
  • Gathering HSE statistics for input into client databases.
  • Managing company information within procurement systems such as ISN, Avetta, and Ecovadis.
  • Occasionally reviewing and formatting presentations in MS PowerPoint.
  • Organizing travel and functions as required.
  • Advanced document formatting and proofreading to ensure quality deliverables.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in document formatting with an eye for presentation.
  • Proficiency in editing documents and summarizing content.
  • A tech-savvy nature with a willingness to learn new software and processes.

You will also have:

  • A desire to grow and expand your knowledge, taking on new challenges.
  • Prior experience with environmental and remediation projects is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
