About The Opportunity
As Accounts Receivable, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Handling all Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing and debtors control
- Preparing necessary documentation and compliance certificates for project invoicing
- Liaising with clients and coordinating goods despatch to project sites
- Processing credit card payments and claiming retention monies
- Reconciling client accounts and projects
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable in manufacturing or construction industry
- Experience using MYOB Account Right and Microsoft Suites
- Proficiency in handling invoicing and debtors control tasks
- The ability to work autonomously and can take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
