About The Opportunity
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop sales through existing and new customers by providing technical advice on timber construction products, passive house buildings, and safety systems
- Organise customer visits, company presentations, and training sessions
- Manage overdue accounts, outstanding credit recovery, and follow up on leads
- Represent the company at marketing events, including exhibitions and seminars
- Analyse market trends to establish a long-term presence in the region
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Sales experience, preferably in the timber construction sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A technical background is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Australia and occasionally overseas
You will also have
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities
