About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver an outstanding service experience while helping customers achieve their dream vehicle performance and aesthetic. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive role
- Provide exceptional customer service and advice on vehicle servicing
- Interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and services
- Coordinate with service technicians and vendors to ensure timely service delivery
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive role
- Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers with their vehicle needs
