About The Opportunity

Based in Silverwater, NSW, you will earn between $100,000 - $130,000 pa, negotiable based on experience + Superannuation & Vehicle

The purpose of your role will be managing projects in an efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, completing all projects on time and within budget, maximising gross profit without compromising quality.

Your role will be split approximately 70% office-based, 30% site-based.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • developing points list; functional description; graphics
  • attending project site coordination meetings
  • overseeing multiple projects whilst maintaining high attention to detail

About You 

You will have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management within Building Management Systems/Building Automation.

Additionally, you will have:

  • a Mechanical Engineering Degree or Trade Qualification
  • experience with HVAC services
  • excellent communication skills
  • commercial projects experience - circa 2m-5m
  • the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
