About The Opportunity

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Recognising and converting commercial opportunities to maximise business outcomes
• Achieving and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive activity and growth

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years in a business development role in logistics or construction
• A marketing degree or relevant business courses and a valid drivers license 
• Demonstrating your ability to grow existing accounts and drive new business
• Strong computer literacy and administration skills to manage sales processes efficiently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members
