This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A sound understanding of privacy and confidentiality when managing personal staff and participant information.
  • Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft 365, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Drivers Licence.

  • Experience in the disability or healthcare sector, with a general understanding of the NDIS and Practice Standards
  • Knowledge of the SCHADS Award in a rostering context.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
