Your Role as an Administration Officer - Customer Service

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding front-of-house customer service. Your duties will include managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.

If you have experience in a busy customer service environment, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure, we want to hear from you

  • Proven experience in customer service/reception
  • Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Hourly Rate: $35.95 gross per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Casual shifts available over 7 day spread 5:00am - 9:00pm to support the operational needs of the Leisure Centres.

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks (including Covid-19 Vaccination), and may also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check. Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks.
