Your Role as an Administration Officer - Customer Service
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding front-of-house customer service. Your duties will include managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
Skills and Experience We're Looking For
If you have experience in a busy customer service environment, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure, we want to hear from you
- Proven experience in customer service/reception
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Hourly Rate: $35.95 gross per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Casual shifts available over 7 day spread 5:00am - 9:00pm to support the operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
