Your Role as a Sports Turf Specialist
As a Sports Turf Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our council’s sport precincts and assets. Your expertise and experience will guide internal teams and contractors, while you develop and implement maintenance schedules that align with council policies and safety standards. If you are a forward-thinking individual with a passion for sports turf management, this role is designed for you!

- Tertiary qualifications in Turf Management or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in managing sports playing surfaces and turf management activities.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
- Proven ability to oversee safety in high-risk technical activities.
- Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and work schedules.

- Package: From $85,000 - $93,000 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation. Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week 9 day fortnight.
