As part of the Sunwest Group, and due to continuous growth Freshcorp has a great opportunity for a supervisor working Afternoon Shift (Tuesday to Saturday, late afternoon starts).

About the Role
As part of the Pick / Packing department, the Supervisor is responsible for leading the team with a positive, motivated, and fresh mindset.
- Oversee the coordination of the pick / packing function.
- This is a hands on position with a requirement to be on the floor 80% of the time, and around 20% administration work.
- Lead and work alongside with the team to ensure the quality and timeliness of customer orders are met.
- Carry out quality control activities.
- Control labour cost to always meet company budget.
- Responsible for the safety of the team during the shift.
- Carry out administrative duties, such as accurate and timely record keeping and complete pick / packing and delivery documentation.
- Assist the Operations/GM Manager in the follow up of customer issues.
- Ensure work areas and equipment are cleaned and maintained to standard.
About You
- Minimum 1 years experience in a hands-on Supervisor role within an FMCG environment
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Physically fit (regularly lifting 15kg in a cold environment)
- Strong problem-solving, time management and planning skills
- Good understanding of and a focus on Safety & Quality
- People skills – highly desirable
Are you a standout candidate?
- Forklift license (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Experience in warehousing or food processing within the perishable food industry (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Certificate III in Warehousing or equivalent
- Train the trainer skills
- Relevant workplace first aid certificate
- Can do attitude.
