Who are we looking for?
To thrive at SwanCare, you'll be truly dedicated to empowering, supporting and spending time with older people..and doing this will bring you joy. You'll have a strong work ethic, high integrity and that natural ability to deal with all kinds of people and challenges with professionalism, compassion and warmth.
You'll also have:
- A Bachelors Degree (RN) or Diploma (EN) and at least 12 months experience in a similar role
- Current AHPRA registration
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to work with availability to work weekends if required
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance less than 6 months old
You'll also be enthusiastic about developing yourself and adapting your approach to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
