Council have an opportunity for a motivated accounts officer to join our finance team full-time. If you enjoy working in a small friendly team utilising your finance and customer service skills to facilitate the payments of Council's suppliers, then this is the role for you!

Our ideal candidate will hold a qualification in, or be undertaking studies in, a Business/finance discipline at Certificate 3 level or above, or be able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience in previous relatable roles.
We are looking for a numbers person with high attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate your ability and prior experience in communicating with the public and employees in a professional manner. We are looking for a highly motivated, positive self-starter with the right skills and attitude to provide an exceptional service to our stakeholders.
