Logistics & Contracts Officer
ABOUT THE ROLE
Adani Mining Pty Limited directly sells ~12-15 MMT Coal to Customers in China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and India. The purpose of the role is to perform covers contract negotiation including laycan, agent, IIA, contractual terms excluding pricing. This requires lot of coordination with customer, legal & marketing team. The role will also support in logistics planning for site and terminal.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage complete cycle from Deal Approval to signing of contract with customer.
- Negotiation in contracts for terms and clauses which can be performed to maximize realization for AMPL.
- Support Logistics operation for trains and vessels for Site and Port to optimize quantity and quality for AMPL for a 15 MTPA operations

Necessary:
- Strong Excel and contract drafting capability
Experience:
- 10+ Years in shipping, logistics or commercial contracts for coal or Iron in Australia

- Ability to utilize logistics and blending software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address scheduling challenges
