Following a recent merger between two respected brands, they’ve become Australia’s most trusted name in high-quality custom teamwear, delivering cutting-edge performance apparel to athletes across the country. With a culture rooted in sport, innovation, and collaboration, they are seeking an energetic and passionate Business Manager – QLD/NT to join their team and contribute to ongoing national growth.

About The Opportunity

This is a full-time, flexible role responsible for driving new business and managing key customer relationships across Queensland and the Northern Territory. You’ll be the primary contact for leads generated through national marketing campaigns and play a hands-on role in shaping the cycling, triathlon, and mountain biking apparel sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting annual sales targets
  • Manage the cycling portfolio with a clear 5-year strategic vision
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand presence
  • Engage stakeholders across retail and wholesale accounts
  • Design and promote annual retail ranges with support from the product team
  • Attend and lead key events to strengthen brand awareness
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose products

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Background in customer service, sales, retail, or relationship management
  • Passion for sport and a collaborative team mindset
  • Sales experience within the custom team wear industry (desirable)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and professional presentation
  • Open to occasional travel and after-hours work
